Quiet hours are 9pm-9am. This is a residential community. Please respect the neighbors who live here. If this rule is not honored, guests will be asked to leave the unit with no refund for the remainder of the stay.
★Pool hours are 11:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. No pool parties. COVID-19 restrictions - no more than 10 people inside the pool, 6 ft apart.
★Lock doors AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe.
★We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for items left behind.
★If you damage any items in apartment, you will be charged the amount to replace the item.
FEES: Lost tv remote controls will result in a $100 charge per control.
FEES: Smoking of any kind and drugs will result in a $500 charge. TV: $250 each, Linens- $10 washrag (each), $15 makeup towels each, Dishes/cups/plates $30 each, lights of any kind (strobe, mounted, strip) $100 each, Duvet comforters- $75 each, sheets are $50 each. Any other fees will be properly accessed
FEES: No parties, events, birthday celebrations, stays, gatherings, get-togethers, hangouts, etc. This will result in a $300 charge. FEES: $50 per night per person for each person that is not stated in the number of guests in your reservation.
--DO NOT ATTEMPT to tamper with the Ring camera in any way. This includes covering camera, throwing things over camera to deflect view, and tampering with Wifi service to shut off capabilities. Guest will be immediately removed from property with no refunds or concessions given.
★Early CHECK-INS – are not guaranteed. An accepted request to book does not mean your early check-in time was approved. You will need to send us a message asking if you can check-in early. Early check in fee is $75 per agreed upon hour.
★LATE CHECKOUTS- must be approved by the management team and subject to $75 late check out fee. If you stay past your 11:00 a.m. check-out time without approval, you will automatically be charged for the next night’s stay at the listing’s full price. Your code will be deactivated within 15 mins after checkout.
★GUESTS STAYING OVERNIGHT- only the number of guests included in your booking is allowed to stay overnight. All bookings will be required to submit a list of all people staying prior to receiving access. Please let host know if amount of guests changes and submit a reservation change if needed.
*PET POLICY: $100 Per pet. There will be an additional $150 if any pet hair is left on any bedding or furniture.
